Tucked away on Crosscauseway is Backbeat Records, opening in 1981 and is certainly a place of character.
Inside there are five rooms, surrounded head to toe by obscure and classic records and CDs. Backbeat Records holds a collection of over 65,000, with an extensive variety of genres and decades.

However, due to the immense collection, there is sometimes no space for customers to look inside. Instead come with a wish list and the owner, Dougie McShane will delve in to locate for you.
Many have said he is extremely musically knowledgeable, being able to find just what you are looking for – even the most rare picks.
